The startup ecosystem in India is growing at a good pace. The startup ecosystem in states like Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, and Karnataka is showing great potential. However, startups in India should grow beyond the borders of states. We should make use of these possibilities more, said Mano Thangaraj, Technology and Digital Services Minister of Tamil Nadu.
Startups should receive proper funding, talents, and suitable product. Several startups face a lot of issues during their journey. Lack of talent, funding, and employees leaving a company quickly are some of the issues. The difficulty to showcase a complete product also puts startups in dilemma. It is important to put efforts to support struggling startups. This thought has resulted in the formation of a deep tech-based iTNT Hub at the Anna University campus. The initiative works towards helping entrepreneurs and innovators.
As a nation, India attempts to make the benefits of digitisation available to the common man. Startups can play a huge role in it. Indians always look for ways to make their daily life easier. This requires the intervention of technology. Moreover, innovation is required in many areas such as fintech, agritech, and meditech. This would pave the way for the coming generations, added the minister.
