India will eventually have a significant export economy, according to Sundar Pichai, the CEO of Alphabet, the parent company of Google. The Google CEO stated that getting the balance between openness and connectivity in the internet ecosystem just right will be crucial for India during the Google for India event.
Pichai also disclosed that his organisation will make significant investments in startups in India. A quarter of the $300 million allocated for startups, according to him, will go toward businesses with female executives.
According to him, the technology is impacting people’s lives on a global scale, necessitating the creation of fair and responsible regulations.
While governments work to put in place “safeguards” for their population, Sundar Pichai said that technology needs “responsible regulation.”

Pichai, who is in India, noted that the pace of technological advancement in the nation has been extraordinary.
