According to Akasha Air’s station manager, Joy Chitra Roy, individuals working in the aviation industry need to have the ability to plan ahead and handle difficult situations. It was impressive that the prominent experts in the sector shared their experiences at the event held in Kochi, which covered the necessity and potential of using hybrid learning to produce the greatest aviation workers.
The event was organised by Smart GC Pro, an edtech startup, at the Kerala Startup Mission in Kalamassery, Kochi. Participants included a large number of aspiring aviation professionals.
Using technology, the startup Smart GC Pro offers hybrid learning and training in airport ground operations. For Hybrid learning Smart GC Pro uses cloud-based Learning Management System, Mobile Application, Virtual Airport and Immersive learning.With the assistance of experienced personalities in the aviation industry, the start-up offers virtual learning and training. Gireesh Bhaskar, a Danger Goods expert, Thomas George, a soft skill trainer, Sarath Kumar M. S., a consultant psychologist, and Sreelekha, an aviation educator, were among the speakers at a Smart GC Pro event on the topic of traditional education methods and changing technologies in the aviation sector.
