Next month, the Qatari city of Doha is poised to host the FIFA World Cup 2022. A football boot has been displayed in Kozhikode, Kerala, amid the excitement for the competition. The supposedly largest boot in the world will be sent as a present to Qatar.
The 450 kilogramme boot was made by IMAX Gold Rice Products, a private company, under the direction of curator M Dileep. The shoe, which is 17 feet long and 6 feet tall, might break a Guinness World Record.
Deputy Mayor of Kozhikode Musafar Ahamed was present when the enormous boot was unveiled.
It is currently on display at Kozhikode and will be transported from Kochi to Qatar in a cargo ship. The enormous boot will be on display at various sites throughout the FIFA host nation according to an NGO called Focus International.
From November 20 to December 18, Doha will host the FIFA World Cup 2022. The event will feature eight groups and a total of 32 teams. The host nation and Ecuador will meet in the opening game, while on the second day, England will play Iran. On November 21, Senegal will play the Netherlands, and the following day, the USA will play Wales
