India is a fast-growing aviation market in the world. Soon, India would be one of the top three countries in airline traffic: PM. The next five years would see millions of new passengers. The whole scenario would change within the next 10-15 years. India will need 2,000 new passenger and cargo aircraft. The upcoming C-295 military transport aircraft facility in Gujarat would enhance the aerospace sector. It can improve India’s aerospace and defence sectors. It is a joint venture of Tata Advanced System and Airbus Defence and Space of Spain. It will manufacture 40 transport aircraft for the Indian Air Force.
