The world’s tallest hotel in Dubai to complete construction in 2023. Ciel, located in Dubai Marina, will overtake Gevora Hotel. Gevora Hotel, located in Sheikh Zayed Road, is 356 meters high. Ciel Tower is 365 meters high. Ciel is designed by London-based architect NORR. It will have more than 1,000 rooms. The 81st floor will have a glass observation deck. Signature rooftop Sky Terrace and infinity Pool are other attractions. Ciel Tower also offers hotel rooms for sale. Thus, it will be Dubai Marina’s one of pricier investments.
