Supermarket chain Lulu Group International plans IPO next year. Lulu is likely to be listed on Abu Dhabi Securities Exchang.e Lulu has hired investment bank Moelis & Co for the IPO process. It is yet to confirm the amount it is planning to raise through IPO. The fund will be used for its expansion plans in existing and new markets. Lulu currently has 239 hypermarkets and supermarkets in 23 countries. It employs more than 60,000 people. Its new markets include Iraq and North Africa.
