What is the definition of sensitive content on Twitter? According to reports, the sensitive content policy of Twitter includes adult content, graphic violence, gore, and hateful imagery. Those who tweet such content should mark it as ‘sensitive’. Changes must be made in the account settings as well. Also, it is not allowed to post sensitive content on the header image, profile picture, or through live videos.
As of now, to create a Twitter profile, one has to be at least 13 years old. As per Twitter’s spokesperson, the new feature intends to generate a safe environment on the platform. However, Twitter is yet to clarify if the feature will be available globally and how the social media giant would verify the birthday.
