Biocon founder Kiran Majumdar-Shaw says gender should never be a barrier to aspirations and dreams. Kiran Majumdar-Shaw said that educated children make a nation great. She advised the students not to blindly learn what is being taught, but to use education wisely. The country is facing many challenges and everyone needs to be educated to properly utilize the opportunities to find solutions to them. Kiran Majumdar-Shaw suggested that fame and fortune should not be the only goal in life. She added that young people who see becoming super rich and making quick money as the ultimate goal will be disillusioned in the future. Kiran Majumdar-Shaw was speaking at an event organized by NGO Yuva Unstoppable. Yuva Unstoppable is an organisation working for the upliftment of underprivileged children in the country.
