Fitness startup FitBudd revealed that Accel India, Beenext, Sequoia Capital India, and Waveform Ventures had invested $3.4 million in it as seed money.

In 2021, a SaaS platform that enables health and fitness trainers to expand their operations globally was introduced. It intends to aid coaches in improving client engagement and retention on a large scale. Within a year of its introduction, it claims to have increased its user base to 20 different nations.

Three IIT grads who observed this during the pandemic were Saumya Mittal, Pranav Chaturvedi, and Naman Singhal. They concluded that hiring personal trainers can improve people’s chances of reaching their fitness objectives. However, it is pricey and out of reach.

Worldwide, more than 600 million people utilise self-service applications or purchase gym subscriptions. But according to FitBudd, the majority of people are unable to get the outcomes they want. Typically, a coach works with 10 to 15 individuals. According to their firm, their platform enables trainers to grow their businesses.

The business will use the most recent round of funding to advance product development, quicken customer expansion, and upend the worldwide health and fitness market.
