Ashok Soota is the Executive Chairman of Happiest Minds Technologies Limited. He is one of the leading pioneers in the IT industry with 30 years of experience.
In 1965, he started his career at the Shriram Group of Industries in India. From 1984 to 1999, he was President of Wipro Infotech for about 15 years. In 1999, he co-founded an Indian multinational IT outsourcing company called Mindtree, headquartered in Bangalore, India.
In 2011, he co-founded an IT externalization company called Happiest Minds Technologies Limited, headquartered in Bangalore, India. A company known for its digital transformation, infrastructure, security and product development services.
When Soota turns 80 in November, Happiest Health will become a rare Indian tech startup with a founder in his eighties. Inspired by Berkshire Hathaway’s Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger, who are advancing in the 90’s, he’s starting up with a holistic view of health and wellness.
