EV sales in India may hit 5 cr by 2030. Says a study by the JMK Research & Analytics. The surge will not be caused by private cars. Public and shared mobility will lead the early wave .Last-mile connectivity services too will contribute. EV sales penetration of two and three-wheelers will be 80% by 2030. However, inadequate infrastructure support could be a concern.
