Instagram has brought about a new feature for users to create more engaging and fun content. The recent feature ‘dual camera’ lets users create stories, click pictures, and create reels or videos using both front and rear cameras simultaneously. The feature is available for both Android and iOS users.

‘Dual Camera’ is similar to a video call screen where the rear camera recording will appear on the big screen and the front camera recording will appear on the small screen. This feature will be quite helpful to vloggers and content creators.

Wondering how to use the feature? Follow the below-given steps.

  • Open the Instagram application and tap on the ‘plus’ icon in the top right corner
  • Choose the type of content you want to create, like a story or reel
  • To create a story, click on the story option, select the camera option, tap on the arrow and click the ‘dual camera’ option
  • Either record or click a picture with the feature
  • If you want to create a reel, choose the reel option and tap the ‘dual camera’ option.

Your fascinating content is ready!
