Ola may lay off up to 500 employees. It is part of Ola’s cost-cutting process. Ola reportedly asked senior executives to assess team performance. They are entitled to find out poor performing employees. The company aims for ‘leaner and consolidated teams’ . Ola has so far closed Ola Cars, Ola Dash, Ola Cafe, Food Panda, and Ola Foods.
