Sri Lanka now faces Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) shortage
This became an opportunity for South Indian airports
Especially, Thiruvananthapuram, Cochin and Chennai airports
Now, many flights depend upon these airports for ATF
Some are Sri Lankan Airlines, Air Arabia, Jazeera Airways, Gulf Air, and AirAsia Malaysia
This gives additional revenue to oil marketing companies (OMCs)
Airport operators and state governments also benefit from this
And, as the crisis intensifies, more players will rely on Indian airports
