The all-cash deal marks Wipro’s second acquisition this month

It has over 20 offices across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia
Earlier this month, Wipro had acquired US-based Convergence Acceleration Solutions (CAS) for $80 mn
CAS is a consulting and programme management company
