US Consul General Judith Ravin urges US-India cooperation in Kerala
The U.S Consul General visited Thiruvananthapuram and Kochi.
Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, Health Minister Veena George and Leader of the Opposition V.D. Satheesan met Judith Ravin
The Consul General also met with Governor Arif Mohammad Khan
The visit was to directly observe, evaluate and strengthen the activities of the U.S government with partners in Kerala
The visit was also aimed at sharing information about educational, research and exchange opportunities in the United States.
Judith Ravin also participated in the lecture series ‘Pursuit of Excellence’ by Kochi Rajagiri College of Social Sciences
Consul General visited Cochin Port Trust, Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies and Alappuzha Ferry Solar Ferry as part of US-India policy to promote ‘Clean Energy’
