It has set up an ‘experience lab’ that gathers citizen feedback to redesign and transform service delivery. Meanwhile, there were instances like Knight capital going bankrupt due to AI glitch. To tackle this, Digital Dubai, an initiative of Digital Dubai Authority, has developed an Ethical Tool Kit that supports industry, academia and individuals. It helps in understanding how AI systems can be used responsibly.
