TikTok has topped the chart of downloads on Christmas Day this year.

Downloads on December 25 globally were estimated across both iOS and Google Play Stores. This report is according to mobile data and analytics company App Annie. TikTok led the chart of downloads ahead of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Snapchat. Recently, TikTok surpassed tech giant Google as the most popular website of the year.
According to a report, TikTok gets more hits than the US-based search engine. TikTok now has more than one billion active users across the world.
