SpaceX may hold talks with telecom service providers to offer satellite communications.

The firm may hold talks with Jio, Vodafone Idea etc.

The company feels that there must be an Indian constellation of satellites.

Starlink India head, Sanjay Bhargava, said collaborations will offer satellite communication in remote areas.

SpaceX-backed Starlink had registered a subsidiary in India.

This subsidiary will help the company start applying for licenses.

Once it gets permission, it aims to give 100 devices for free to rural districts in India.
