It will focus on R&D in the manufacturing sector.
The firm’s plans coincide with the centre’s push to scale up manufacturing in India.

“An attempt to import substitution and develop high-end tech at the regional level to support the manufacturing sector,” Sridhar Vembu said.
Sridhar said the company will be set up in another three months.
It will set up a laboratory and identify the problem being faced by the industries.
