The company is accused of selling them on its marketplace.
The company’s employees were alleged of rigging search results.
By doing so, Amazon products would appear in the first two or three search results.
The Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) called for an immediate CBI investigation against Amazon.
A CAIT delegation plans to meet Home Minister Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and FM Nirmala Sitharaman.
They would press for an immediate CBI enquiry and other necessary actions by the government.
Meanwhile, the Alliance of Digital India Foundation (ADIF) has called for regulatory intervention against the charges on Amazon.
