Glance InMobi is an Indian mobile content provider backed by Google

The conglomerate is considering investing about $300 million

The transaction could be completed in the next few weeks

Glance InMobi pushes curated news and entertainment content onto phone lock screens

It also runs a short-video app

The deal would give Reliance access to valuable lock-screen real estate
